Why Was My Social Connection Unsuccessful?

In order to connect your Instagram to Motom properly and unlock all the benefits of doing so, you must grant Motom all Instagram permissions, including user media.

1. In your Motom settings or during registration, please click CONNECT next to Instagram. This will open the Instagram app or website.
2. Tap Allow to securely allow your Instagram to connect to Motom with cookies and similar technologies. This is a requirement from Instagram.
3. Select Allow again so Motom can import your profile information to streamline your account.

In order to connect your TikTok to Motom properly and unlock all the benefits of doing so, you must grant Motom all TikTok permissions.

1. If it says CONNECTED next to TikTok, click CONNECTED to disconnect and reset your permissions. Confirm you’d like to disconnect.
2. Click CONNECT next to TikTok. This will open the TikTok app or website.
3. The default will include all permissions granted. Please don’t toggle any of them off and make sure all are allowed. Motom needs all permissions to set up your user profile, streamline your posting and tagging experience, and connect you with brands for partnership opportunities.
4. Click Continue.
